At the top of every page click our "LOGO" to be directed to the homepage, To purchase Bio Balanced Organics products click on the navigation link labeled "Shop" you will be redirected to our products page where you can find our specially crafted Infused Oils, Butters, Tinctures, Extracts & Teas, etc, you can also access your previous orders when you click the dropdown menu in the top the right corner and then clicking "Login" or Shop to be redirected.
You can checkout as a guest or create an account by clicking the "BAG" icon.
Subscribe to our membership page via clicking the "Bag" symbol in the top right corner of the site located adjacent to our Logo, You can place an order and check out as a guest, using the guest option will not allow you to return to your previous orders and reorder your items. The option to store your address, personal information will not be available to guests. You will not have access to members-only exclusive offers.
All orders have a 48 hour processing time from the time of purchase.
All payments are final and must be processed before shipping. Please allow up to 72 business hours for processing time after placing the order. All orders will be shipped on Tuesday & Thursday with the exception of Holidays. Due to the nature of our products, we will require a signature for all orders over $100. Shipping fees vary depending on package size and location. Please understand that we are not responsible for packages being held by customs or local authorities. All Domestic Orders over $150.00 will receive free shipping.

Members receive exclusive offers, as well as have the opportunity to return and reorder the same products as they will be saved in your purchase history. Bio Balanced Organics accepts most forms of electronic payments using PayPal, Square, Visa, MasterCard, etc., payment processing takes up to 72 business hours from the date of purchase: our automated system may decline orders due to fraudulent activity detection & address verification.
We are unable to process Refunds or Exchanges,
Every sale is final due to the nature of our products. Please allow 2-4 weeks for certain products to yield results. Please submit a contact form after the 2 weeks to discuss an action plan for using your products properly. Upon delivery please use one of our many contact options provided to submit images of damaged items within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please allow 72 business hours for a response.
