Do you ever wonder what it is like to have everything? Have you ever lost everything you’ve had? Do you get discouraged? Do you sometimes want to give up? First, let me start by stating you are not alone. We all get a bit discouraged and we all have either lost something that has meant something to us, whether it’s our dreams or goals a loved one, this can sometimes seem unprecedented that we tend to give up or quit wanting more for ourselves.

Oftentimes this feeling of helplessness can be depression (a mental condition characterized by feelings of severe despondency and dejection, typically also with feelings of inadequacy and guilt. This is often accompanied by a lack of energy and disturbance of appetite and sleep). Other times it could be that we are not in tune with what the universe is trying to give us; This means meditation and taking time to figure you out could be a great step for lifting yourself into a better state-of-mind. Remember one thing, you are allowed to feel whatever it is your experience but you are also obligated to Fill Yourself up with Positive Energy.

Overall, discouraging events happen; we may not have control over those events but we do have control over how we respond and react to them. There are lots of techniques and theories that are out in the world that focuses on building your mental state and creating your life the way you wish for it to be. One of my favorite Youtube Channels “Your Universe” this channel offers so much insight on how to manifest, magnify, and bring forth all that you wish to receive.

This channel has mantras, affirmations, spiritual/religious information, and other means of educating us to really pick ourselves up from a state of mind that we wish to change. Sometimes we tend to focus on that which has hurt us. Instead, we should focus on what we have gained from such harm to our spiritual state of mind. You have a right to feel, you have a right to not feel, but overall you have a duty to Treat yourself with Compassion and Love.

Focus on Filling yourself and allowing it to pour over with abundance into your life!
